I had the pleasure of working with Renisha/Treasures Unlocked Travel for a birthday trip to Costa Rica with a group of five. None of us have ever visited Costa Rica and live in various locations in the United States. I told Renisha what I wanted and she literally took care of everything! Her research was impeccable. From all of our flight arrangements, airport transportation , COVID requirements, hotel accommodations, a packing list, detailed itineraries and excursions, everything was planned perfectly! Treasures Unlocked Travel assisted me booking my vacation and all my excursions to Mexico. If anyone knows planning a vacation is a lot of researching and work and Renisha did an awesome job assisting me, she found everything I wanted to do booked it and all I need to do was pay, pack my bags, and get to my destination. We had an amazing experience working with Treasures Unlocked Travel, LLC. Renisha personally called me to inquire about my trip details. I was only sure of the location that I was going and did not know what else I wanted to do. Renisha planned an amazing trip to Santorini, Greece (Thera) including most of our excursions. The hotel (Cliffside Suites) was very affordable and more than surpassed our expectations. One of the most photographed locations in the world, our accommodations provided breathtaking views throughout the entire day and night. Get ready for stairs! We were set up with a personal tour guide (two-way hotel transportation included) to the sister island of Thirasia where we were treated to a four hour walking tour that included the most amazing lunch at a local seaside eatery. Our tour guide, Kathrin of Santorini Experts, was very personable and extremely knowledgable of the island’s history. On our last scheduled day, we experienced a local wine tour provided by Santorini Day Tours that was out of this world. We were beyond blessed to be paired with the most eclectic group of travelers from around the world and an amazing host, Yiannis, that made the triple vineyard adventure memorable for everyone. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Renisha’s professionalism and response time with any and all of my questions. She ensured that we stayed within budget with our travel plans, which included airfare. Hands down this was the best experience with a travel agent that I have had.
